Private day & Boarding School in NRW – North-Rhine Westphalia

One major difference between public schools and private or international schools in Germany is that private schools often offer small class sizes and can therefore provide each student with individual schooling, develop strengths and address weaknesses. In addition, private schools are usually focused on a specific educational goal or specialization, while public schools tend to be generalists.
We as private international school even go further. With an average class-size of 12-15 students and a team of experienced teachers and social educators we can offer a curriculum specially tailored to students with high ambitions.
The International School OWL is thereby dedicated to “bridge the gap” between public schools and private international schools and to prepare students in the highest possible way for studies in either a business or technical/scientific field.

Class-Size, unique Curriculum & daily routines

One secret of the success of the International School OWL is the class-size. Classes are consequently held small (8 – 12 students). This help us to get a better understanding of any student’s progress and gives us a perfect view of our “individuals”, potential weaknesses and strengths.
